Repair Priorities

P1 - Emergency Repairs

Emergencies are incidents that are likely to:

■  any repairs required to avoid a danger to health.
■  any repairs that pose a risk to the safety of occupants or
■  serious damage to buildings or occupants belongings.

P2 - Urgent Repairs

Urgent jobs are likely to:

■  any repairs that materially affect the comfort or convenience of the occupants
■  repairs required in any rooms adapted for students with disabilities.

P3 - Non-urgent Repairs

Non-urgent jobs are likely to be:

■  any repairs that do not fall within the above categories.

Rectification Times

■   Priority 1 = 24 hours
■   Priority 2 = 5 working days
■   Priority 3 = 28 days
